Dorel Juvenile Group issues recall for cabinet locks due to product failure
About 900,000 Safety 1st Push ‘N Snap Cabinet Locks were recalled after receiving 200 reports of damaged locks or locks that did not properly secure the cabinet. 140 reports of children accessing the cabinets were also reported, including three children who proceeded to handle or imbibe potentially dangerous cleaning chemicals.
