Fred & Friends issues recall for rattles due to choking hazard

About 56,800 “Buff Baby” Baby Rattles were recalled after Fred & Friends company received two reports of the rattle caps separating from the handle, posing a choking hazard. The recalled rattles were made in China. See the recall.

Swan Creek recalls candles due to fire hazard

About 715,000 Swan Creek Loose Votive Candles were recalled after the company received 89 reports of the candles burning with high or erratic flames. Four reports included minor burn injuries. The recalled candles were made in the United States. See the recall.

Stile Products recalls bicycles due to falling hazard

About 175 Tern Folding Bicycles were recalled after Stile Products received two reports of the frame hinge cracking while in use, leading to minor injuries. The recalled Tern bicycles were made in Taiwan. See the recall.

Angel’s Touch Collections issues recall for lamps due to shock and fire hazards

About 8,000 Butterfly Clip Lights and Shell Clip Lights were recalled by Angel’s Touch Collections after the company discovered that the lamps have exposed wiring at the base of the products, posing a shock and fire risk. About 7,400 Fast Lane FA-005 Radio Control 3-Channel Helicopters with Gyro Stabilizers and Chargers were recalled after Toys R Us received 11 reports of the rechargeable battery overheating, posing a fire and burn risk. The recalled remote helicopters were manufactured in China. See the recall.

H-E-B issues recall for hammocks due to falling hazard

About 700 Outdoor Solutions Hammocks with Sunshades were recalled after H-E-B received two reports of the seams in the lounge of the hammock tearing. One of the reports included minor injuries from a fall. The recalled hammocks were made China. See the recall.
