Kawasaki expands recall for off-highway vehicles due to injury hazard
About 19,500 additional Kawasaki 2012 and 2013 model year Teryx4 750 4×4 and 2014-16 model year Teryx 800 4×4 Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles were recalled after Kawasaki received 628 reports of debris cracking or breaking through the floor boards of the vehicles. About 285,000 Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners and Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps with brand names Carrier, Bryant, and Fast were recalled (including previous recalled units from 2007) after Carrier received 47 reports of the products overheating.
