About 453 Sea Elite Systems Buoyancy Control Devices have been recalled after discovery that the spring in the over pressure valve can corrode, preventing air retention. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The devices were manufactured in China. See the recall.

El Gringo Imports recalls sweater due to strangulation hazard

About 300 girl’s hooded sweaters with drawstrings have been recalled by El Gringo Imports after the sweaters were discovered to not meet an industry voluntary standard. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The sweaters were made in Ecuador. See the recall.

Tween Brands recalls beaded curtains due to entrapment and strangulation hazard

About 36,000 beaded curtains were recalled after two reports of consumers becoming entangled in the curtains. The Tween Brands beaded curtains were made in China. See the recall.

Dorel Asia recalls bunk beds due to risk of collapse and fall hazard

About 446,700 wooden bunk beds from Dorel Asia have been recalled after 23 reports of the side rails cracking or breaking. Seven minor injuries have been reported. The Dorel Asia wooden bunk beds were manufactured in Vietnam. See the recall.

Kohler recalls engines due to laceration hazard

About 10,000 Kohler Courage Engines found in Husqvarna, Cub Cadet, and Troy-Bilt riding lawnmowers were recalled after it was discovered that a wire connector on the engine can disconnect, causing a failure to stop the blades. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The Kohler Courage engine was made in the United States. See the recall.

One World Technologies recalls sheet sanders due to laceration hazard

About 300,000 Ryobi 1/4 Sheet Sanders were recalled after 31 reports of broken fan pieces launching from the sander. 2 minor injuries have been reported. The Ryobi 1/4 Sheet Sander is manufactured in China. See the recall.

G.A. Gertmenian and Sons recalls game due to violation of lead paint standard

About 600 Toy Story 3 Bowling Games were recalled after discovery that the red paint used on some bowling pins exceeded the maximum allowed level of lead. There have been no reports of incidents or injuries. The Toy Story 3 Bowling Game was made in China. See the recall.
