Cooper Lightings issues recall for lighting fixtures due to fire hazard

About 1.62 million Cooper Lighting, Portfolio, and Utilitech Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures were recalled after the company received seven reports of light sockets overheating and/or melting, posing a risk of fire. The recalled lights were made in China. See the recall.
