About 1,113 Kids GAA Fleece Panel Hoodies were recalled James Trading Group after discovery that the garments do not meet CPSC guidelines for drawstrings in children’s upper outerwear. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled clothing was made in China. See the recall.

Keurig issues recall for brewing systems due to burning hazard

About 7.1 million Keurig® MINI Plue Brewing Systems (model number K10) were recalled after the company received around 200 reports of hot liquid escaping from the brewer. There have been 90 reported incidents of burn-related injuries. The recalled Keurig systems were made in China and Malaysia. See the recall.

Olympic Mountain Products recalls wax warmers due to fire and burning hazards

About 232,000 Tealight Wax Warmer Sets were recalled after Olympic Mountain received 22 reports of the candles exhibiting high or erratic flames. Two of the reports included incidents of minor burn injuries and one reported incident resulted in minor property damage. The recalled wax warmer sets were manufactured in the United States, Canada, and China. See the recall.

CoScentrix expands recall of candles due to fire hazard

About 168,000 additional DD Brand Single-Wick Candles were recalled after CoScentrix received an additional report of a candle’s surface igniting. This is the third recall for CoScentrix candles, with a total of 32 reported incidents of the surface igniting, resulting in one injury and ten reports of property damage. Pro Performance issues recall for resistance trainers due to injury hazard

About 52,000 SKLZ Recoil 360™ All-Position Resistance Trainers were recalled after Pro Performance reeceived three reports of the weld on the product breaking, resulting in serious injuries. The separately reported injuries included a laceration injury, a puncture wound, and blunt trauma to the lower leg. The recalled resistance trainers were manufactured in China. See the recall.
