E-Z-GO issues recall for vehicles due to crashing hazard

About 21,900 TXT golf cars, Cushman shuttle vehicles, and Bad Boy off-road utility vehicles were recalled after 71 reports of broken ball joints, including 13 incidents where the ball joint was displaced. The recalled E-Z-GO brand products were manufactured in the United States. See the recall.

About 14,000 Hamilton Beach classic chrome 2-slice toasters were recalled after five reports of toasters immediately energizing when first plugged in to an outlet, posing a risk of fire. The recalled toasters were made in China. See the recall.

Pottery Barn issues recall for bed canopy due to impact hazard

About 7,930 Madeline Bed Canopy products were recalled after Pottery Barn received 33 reports of the canopy falling after post connections come apart. Ten minor injuries have been reported. The recalled product was made in Vietnam. See the recall.

About 840 Dover Dining Tables were recalled after 14 reports of the tables’ wooden base collapsing. One minor injury was reported after the glass table top fell on the injured’s leg. The recalled dining tables were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Uni-O Industries issues recall for gas grills due to fire and burning hazards

About 4,530 O-Grill Portable Gas Grills were recalled after ten reports of the grill catching fire after gas was leaked from the grill’s regulator. The recalled gas grills were made in China. See the recall.

Performance Inc. recalls bicycle pedals due to falling hazard

About 2,900 Performance Inc. 2011 Forté Pro Carbon Road Pedals were recalled after three reports of the pedals breaking while in use. The recalled bike pedals were manufactured in Taiwan. See the recall.

IKEA recalls high chairs due to falling hazard

About 169,000 ANTILOP High Chairs were recalled by IKEA after receiving eight reports of the restraint buckles on the high chairs opening unexpectedly. Three injuries have been reported after children fell from the chair. The recalled high chairs were made in China. See the recall.

Target issues recall for LED flashlights due to fire and burning hazards

About 55,000 6-pc. LED Flashlight Sets were recalled by Target after receiving four reports of the flashlights overheating, smoking, and/or melting, including two reports of minor burn injuries. The recalled LED flashlights were made in China. See the recall.

Elegant Gifts Mart issues recall for children’s chairs and stools due to lead paint

About 1,600 children’s chairs and 1,300 children’s stools were recalled after discovery that the surface paint violated the federal lead paint standard. The recalled products were manufactured in China. See the recall.
