Reiss Innovations issues recall for magnets due to ingestion hazard

About 500 High-Powered Magnet Desk Toys were recalled after discovery that if two or more magnets were swallowed, they could be linked together inside a child's intestines or clamp onto other body tissues, posing a risk of internal injuries. No incidents or injuries have been reported, but similar products have required medical treatment when ingested. The recalled desk toys were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Wing Enterprises recalls stepstools due to falling hazard

About 20,000 Stepladder and Stepstool Combination products were recalled by Wing Enterprises after the company received nine reports of the ladder becoming unstable and causing the user to fall. Injuries reported include scrapes and contusions and one incident of a fractured collarbone. The recalled stepladders were made in China. See the recall.

Fu San Machinery issues recall for valves due to fire and explosion hazards

About 163,000 Low Lead Ball Valve and Shut-Off Gas Valves were recalled after discovery that the valves can crack and cause gas leaks. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled valves were made in Taiwan. See the recall.

Baby Jogger issues recall for strollers due to falling hazard

About 10,600 Baby Jogger City Versa Strollers were recalled after Baby Jogger received six reports of the stroller frame not locking properly. The recalled strollers were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Enesco recalls ceramic collectible due to fire hazard

About 1,600 Shelly's Diner Collectible Ceramics were recalled after Enesco received two reports of the product overheating, causing power adapters to partially melt. The recalled collectibles were made in China. See the recall.

American Mattress Manufacturing recalls mattresses due to flammability standard violation

About 1,500 American Mattress Manufacturing made Mattresses and Mattresses with Foundations were recalled after discovery that the mattresses did not meet federal guidelines for flammability. About 3,800 Classic by Easy-Rest Foam Core Mattresses were recalled after discovery that the mattresses did not meet federal guidelines for flammability. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled Easy-Rest mattresses were made in China. See the recall.

Dunecraft issues recall for toys due to ingestion hazard

About 95,300 Water Balz, Growing Skulls, H20 Orbs "Despicable Me" and Fabulous Flower Toys were recalled after an 8-month-old girl swallowed a Water Balz product, which expanded after ingestion. Christmas Tree Shops issues recall for fireplace due to burning and laceration hazards

About 2,000 Catalina Outdoor Fireplaces were recalled after Christmas Tree Shops received 3 reports of the glass on the fireplace breaking. The recalled fireplaces were manufactured in China. See the recall.

LG Electronics recalls washing machines due to injury risk

About 457,000 LG Top-Loading Washing Machines were recalled after LG received over 343 reports of the washing machines vibrating heavily from unbalanced loads. 187 of these reports involved property damage, with at least 1 reported injury. Norco issues recall for bicycles due to injury risk

About 90 2011 Havoc Bicycles were recalled by Norco Bicycles after the company received three reports of the bicycle frames cracking. The recalled bicycles were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Wilier Triestina recalls bicycles due to falling hazard

About 200 Izoard XP Bicycles by Wilier Triestina were recalled after discovery that the bicycle fork's steerer tube can break while in use. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled bicycles were made in China. See the recall.

Canon issues recall for file transmitter due to allergy risk

About 500 WFT-E7A Wireless File Transmitters were recalled after discovery that a chemical used in the rubber potion of the cover of the file transmitter that can ultimately pose a risk of skin irritation. Muddy Outdoors recalls climbing sticks due to serious injury and death risk

About 1,500 Muddy Outdoors brand Tree Climbing Sticks were recalled after Muddy Outdoors received 4 reports of the sticks breaking while in use. When a climbing stick breaks there is a risk of falling out of a tree, which can cause serious injury or even death. The recalled tree climbing sticks were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Sassy issues recall for baby toys due to choking hazard

About 45,300 Sassy-branded Hug N' Tug Puppy and Monkey toys and Carter's-branded Hug N' Tug Monkey toys were recalled after Sassy received 12 reports of beads escaping the clear plastic sphere on the toy. The recalled baby toys were made in China. See the recall.

PAPYRUS recalls products due to mold risk

About 55,700 PAPYRUS Holiday Signature Ornaments, 530 2012 PAPYRUS Signature Collection Trees, and 108 2012 PAPYRUS Signature Collection Picture Frames were recalled after discovery that these products may contain Aspergillus mold spores. Meijer recalls jeans due to choking hazard

About 140,500 Falls Creek Kids Infant and Toddler Denim Jeans were recalled by Meijer after discovery that the snap on the jeans can separate, posing a choking risk for young children. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled baby jeans were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Brower issues recall for incubators due to fire hazard

About 2,500 Brower Egg Incubators were recalled after the company received three reports of the product causing fires, all resulting in property damage. The recalled egg incubators were made in the United States. See the recall.

Academy Sports + Outdoors recalls ropes due to laceration hazard

About 6,300 Game Winner Crossbow Cocking Ropes were recalled by Academy Sports + Outdoors after they received four reports of hooks on the cocking ropes breaking, causing rope recoil.
