Specialized Bike Components recalls bicycles due to falling hazard
Expanding on an earlier recall, about 460 additional 2012 Bicycles with Advanced Group carbon forks have been recalled because the brake component can disengage from the fork and come in contact with the wheel spokes, posing a fall hazard. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled bicycle was made in Taiwan. See the recall.
The Container Store issues recall for power strips due to fire hazard
About 7,200 Lush Life power strips were recalled after discovery that the product contains undersized wiring, failing to meet fire resistance requirements. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The Lush Life power strips were manufactured in China. See the recall.
Christmas Tree Shops recalls tea light candle warmers due to fire and burn hazards
About 5,700 holiday-themed tea light candle warmers were recalled after a report of a candle warmer catching fire, causing a burn injury to the hand of a consumer. The recalled candle warmers were made in China. See the recall.

About 4,500 Hurricane Style Lights were recalled after a report of an internal short circuit, causing the product to smoke and produce a burning smell. The recalled lights were made in China. See the recall.
West Elm issues recall for floor lamps due to shock hazard
About 5,750 Overarching Floor Lamps were recalled by West Elm after 39 reports of the lamps short circuiting. Three reports of electrical shock, a minor burn injury, and two minor incidents of property damage have been reported. The recalled floor lamps were manufactured in China. See the recall.
Hewlett-Packard recalls fax machines due to fire and burning hazard
About 1,168,000 HP fax 1040 and 1050 machines were recalled throughout North America after HP received seven reports of fax machines overheating and catching fire. The fires resulted in property damage, including one report of significant property damage and one report of a minor burn injury. The recalled Hewlett-Packard fax machines were made in China. York International re-announces recall for furnaces due to fire hazard
About 227,600 Coleman, Coleman Evcon, and Red T Gas Furnaces for manufactured homes were recalled after 393 reports of the furnace overheating, causing damage to the product and allowing flames to escape, posing a fire hazard. 366 of these reports were received after the original recall announcement in November 2004. About 128,000 Carter’s Watch the Wear Bodysuits and Sleep ‘n Play Garments were recalled after 30 reports of snaps detaching from the suits, posing a choking risk. The recalled bodysuits were made in Bangladesh. See the recall.
Bumbleride issues recall for strollers due to falling hazard
About 30,700 Bumbleride Indie and Indie Twin Strollers were recalled after 36 reports of the front wheel cracking. Two injuries were reported from incidents involving the stroller tipping over. The recalled Bumbleride strollers were manufactured in Taiwan. See the recall.

BSH Home Appliances issues recall for coffee makers due to burn hazard
About 1,735,000 Tassimo Single-Cup Coffee Makers were recalled after 140 reports of the disc that holds the coffee or tea bursting, spraying hot liquid. At least 37 reports of second-degree burns have been reported, including a child who required hospitalization with burns to the neck and face. Kraft Foods recalls espresso maker parts due to burning hazard
About 4,000,000 Tassimo espresso T Discs were recalled after 21 incidents of the T Discs becoming clogged resulted in the spraying of hot liquid from the product. At least four reports of second-degree burns have been identified, including an infant who received second-degree burns to the face.
