Pacific Trade International recalls candles due to fire and burn hazard

About 7.48 million Tea Lights candles have been recalled by Pacific Trade International after one report of the plastic cup the candles are in melting while lit. The Tea Lights candles were manufactured in Vietnam. See the recall.

CAMP USA recalls carabiners and quickdraws due to injury risk

About 15,500 Photon carabiners, Photon Express quickdraws, and Mach Express quickdraws were recalled after a determination that the carabiner gate can open under heavy load, posing a fall risk to climbers. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The Photon and Mach products were made in China. See the recall.

United Pet Group recalls aquarium heaters due to fire and laceration hazards

About 1.2 million Marineland Stealth and Stealth Pro Aquarium Heaters were recalled after numerous reports of the heaters overheating, causing 38 reports of fires resulting in property damage and 45 reports of broken glass from aquariums. One injury has been reported by someone who happened to be holding a heater when it broke. The recalled aquarium heaters were manufactured in China and Italy. See the recall.

Kiddieland Toys recalls plastic tricycles due to laceration hazard

About 9,700 Disney Princess Plastic Racing Trikes were recalled after three reports of facial injuries from the castle and princess figures on the top of the handlebar. The recalled tricycles were made in China. See the recall.

About 16,700 Lights and Sounds Children’s Scooters have been recalled after receiving two reports of children’s fingers becoming caught in the hinges between the steering column and the platform, requiring stitches. The scooters were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Toro recalls snowblowers and mowers due to fire and burn hazards

About 23,000 Toro Power Clear Snowblowers and 6,200 Toro 20″ Recycler Mowers were recalled after receiving 500 reports of leaking carburetors. No fires or injuries have been reported. The Toro mowers were made in Mexico and the snowblowers were made in the United States. See the recall.
