Read about Unusual Car Accidents and the Personal Injury Issues Involved in Them

There is nothing funny about a serious car accident, but some accidents are so unusual that they are worthy of hearing about. Check out some of the strangest car accidents from around the world and how the personal injury attorney of each of these victims may have handled their case. You can also contact The Law Offices of Larry H. Parker at 800-333-0000 for a free legal consultation if you have been the victim of a similar accident.

A Literal Pile-Up

When you hear about car accidents being described as “pile ups,” this refers to many cars hitting one another one after another – it does not involve a vertical pile. That is, except in special cases like an accident in Cincinnati in which three vehicles ended up literally stacked on top of each other. It began with one vehicle rear-ending another stopped vehicle. Believe it or not, though all the vehicles were totaled in the accident, there was just one person with injuries – and minor injuries at that.

Being Fatally Ejected onto a Sign

In Glendale, a 20-year-old man died after he was speeding recklessly fast down the highway, flipped his vehicle several times, and was ejected so hard that he flew up onto a freeway signed, where he died. Right before that accident, he had hit another vehicle with three passengers, though no one was injured in that accident.

A Corvette Flips Over Three Yards

In Virginia, a person driving a Corvette was speeding through a residential neighborhood. They struck a curb, the carp flipped into the air, and it sailed across three yards before landing upside down. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and died from his injuries. There was a second passenger who suffered serious injuries as well.

Car Drivers Up a Utility Pole

An Ohio mother says she took her eyes from the road for just a moment to hand her child a snack. When did so, her vehicle drove up a utility pole and got stuck on a utility pole. The car landed on a guide wire and was stuck at a nearly 90-degree angle. She exited the vehicle safely and her child was safe too, though it took two wreckers and the utility company to get her vehicle down.
