A motorcyclist was killed in Phoenix after he was hit by a car in the afternoon of Wednesday, April 10th. The motorcyclist was 20 years old.

Angelo Wright was riding his Harley Davidson when an elderly woman attempted to make a left turn in front of Wright. The woman failed to yield, crashing her vehicle into the motorcycle. Wright was thrown to the ground and the Harley erupted in flames. The accident occurred near Cave Creek Road and Union Hill Road.

Wright was rushed to a nearby hospital, but died from his injuries. Authorities have noted that Wright was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
