July 4th is one of the more dangerous days in the United States, indeed, the National Safety Council calls Independence Day weekend the most dangerous weekend. On average, 127 people were killed in auto accidents 2008-2012. It’s estimated that over 40,000 people are injured in car accidents, swimming accidents, and fireworks accidents on 4th of July weekend.
