The authorities arrested Victor Alfonso Campos Carranza (39) of Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI. According to The Orange County Register, the incident happened shortly after 2:00 am on Monday.

Currently, Carranza faces charges of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, along with driving under the influence causing bodily injury. This arrest ensued post-treatment at a local hospital.

Reportedly, Carranza was at the wheel when he failed to maintain control of the vehicle, leading to a rollover accident. 

Then, the vehicle ended up in the southbound lanes of Seal Beach Boulevard, just south of North Gate Road.

Unfortunately, the female passenger thrown from the vehicle during the crash died immediately.
