The California Highway Patrol reached the scene at 64 West Loma Alta Drive and found a burning, flipped vehicle.

Unfortunately, the Los Angeles County Fire Department declared them dead at the scene.

Additionally, the Los Angeles County Department Medical Examiner identified both victims.

Particularly, Ross was behind the wheel of a 2019 Audi Q5 and hit a parked 2008 Volvo CX90 at indeterminate speed.
