Los Angeles clothing manufacturer American Apparel has settled litigation stemming from an employment lawsuit. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed a disability discrimination lawsuit against American Apparel after it fired an employee who was on medical leave for the treatment of cancer.
