Four people were injured, one seriously, after a crash involving an RV, sedan, and pickup truck occurred on the 215 Freeway in Menifee during the afternoon of Wednesday, November 18th. The crash occurred on the 215 South near Newport Road around 3:20 p.m.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. According to authorities, a motor home, pickup truck, and sedan all collided in the slow lane of the freeway. After the crash, an occupant in the sedan had to be extracted by rescue personnel. The trapped victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. Three other crash victims were treated for minor to moderate injuries.

A SigAlert was issued after the crash for the 215 due to investigation and cleanup of the crash.
