H&M issues recall for water bottle due to choking hazard
About 2,900 Children’s Water Bottles were recalled by H&M after a report of the water bottle’s spout dislodging in a child’s mouth while in use. The recalled water bottles were manufactured in Italy. See the recall.
Specialized Bicycle Components recalls bicycles due to falling and injury hazards
About 12,000 bicycles were recalled by Specialized Bicycle Components after they received four reports of the bicycles’ front forks breaking while in use. Big Lots recalls swings due to falling hazard
About 6,900 Wilson & Fisher Garden Swings were recalled by Big Lots after receiving 14 reports of the swing sets breaking while in use. Nine injuries, including back pain and minor cuts, were reported. The recalled swings were manufactured in China. See the recall.
Cabot Stains issues recall for wood treatment due to irritation and burning hazards
About 17,500 units of Wood Cleaner and 10,900 units of Wood Brightener, both in container with spray pump, were recalled by Cabot Stains after three reports of the spray pump seal breaking, causing the product to leak. Dillon Importing issues recall for toy guns due to lead pain standard violation
About 6,970 Captain Cutlass Toy Pirate Pistols were recalled after discovery that the toy guns were in violation of the federal lead paint standard. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled toys were manufactured in China. See the recall.
Atomic Aquatics recalls dive computer due to drowning and impact hazards
