H&M issues recall for water bottle due to choking hazard

About 2,900 Children’s Water Bottles were recalled by H&M after a report of the water bottle’s spout dislodging in a child’s mouth while in use. The recalled water bottles were manufactured in Italy. See the recall.

Specialized Bicycle Components recalls bicycles due to falling and injury hazards

About 12,000 bicycles were recalled by Specialized Bicycle Components after they received four reports of the bicycles’ front forks breaking while in use. About 17,500 units of Wood Cleaner and 10,900 units of Wood Brightener, both in container with spray pump, were recalled by Cabot Stains after three reports of the spray pump seal breaking, causing the product to leak.
