Liberty Hardware issues recall for wall plates due to fire and shocking hazard

About 374,000 allen + roth Linden and Brainerd Ironton Wall Plates were recalled after Liberty Hardware received two reports of the decorative plate dislodging from the back plate and touching an energized plug, posing a risk of fire and electrical shock. KYMCO recalls utility vehicles due to injury and crashing hazard

About 1,700 2015 and 2016 UXV 450i, UXV 450i LE, and UXV 450i Turf models of utility vehicles were recalled after KYMCO learned of seven reports of the throttle failing to idle, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The recalled utility vehicles were made in Taiwan. See the recall.
