About 74,760 Instant Power Toilet Bowl Restorer bottles from Scotch Corporation were recalled after seven reports of the bottle leaking, resulting in property damage. The toilet cleaner is made in the USA. See the recall.
Delta re-announces recall of “safety peg” drop-side cribs
Due to a second infant death, Delta Enterprise is re-announcing an October 2008 recall that warned consumers of missing safety pegs on some of its cribs. The cribs were made in Taiwan and Indonesia and were sold in major retailers between January 1995 and December 2005. See the recall.
Ocean Technology Systems recalls diving masks due to drowning hazard
About 1,700 Ocean Technology Systems (Undersea Systems International) Guardian full-face diving masks have been recalled after one report of the purge assembly disengaging from the regulator, posing a drowning hazard. The masks were manufactured in Taiwan. See the recall.
Gerber Legendary Blades recalls axe due to laceration hazard
About 103,000 Gerber Gator Combo Axes have been recalled after five reports of laceration injuries after the knife in the axe handle engaged while the axe was used for chopping or hammering. Each injury required stitches. The Gerber Gator Combo Axe is made in Taiwan. See the recall.
