Liberty Mountain issues recall for child carriers due to falling hazard

About 400 Kenta and Kenta Plus child carriers were recalled by Liberty Mountain after two reports of the side strap’s seam unraveling. The recalled child carriers were made in Germany. See the recall.

About 5,300 stage and riser caddies by Midwest Folding Products were recalled after a 3-year-old girl died after a portable stage fell out of its caddy and hit her on the head.
