Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026 · Last Updated: October 20, 2026

The Law Offices of Larry H. Parker (“Larry H. Parker,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through larryhparker.com (the “Site”) and in connection with our services, and the rights you have under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

Important Notice

Using this Site and submitting information through it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on this Site is legal advice. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing. Information you submit through website forms is not treated as privileged until that time.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and in the course of responding to inquiries and providing our services. It does not apply to information that is protected by the attorney-client privilege or that we collect and maintain as part of a client engagement, which is handled confidentially and separately.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information (as those categories are described under the CCPA/CPRA), within the preceding 12 months:

  • Identifiers — such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address, and government-issued identifiers (e.g., driver’s license or state ID number).
  • Records described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80 — such as signature, insurance policy number, employment information, and financial information you choose to provide.
  • Protected classification characteristics — such as age/date of birth, sex, and marital status.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — such as pages viewed, referring source, and interactions with the Site.
  • Geolocation data — such as general location inferred from IP address.
  • Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information — such as photographs or recordings you provide, chat transcripts, and recordings of phone calls with us where calls are recorded.
  • Professional or employment-related information — such as employment history relevant to a claim.
  • Health-related information — such as details of an accident, injury, medical condition, or health-insurance information that you voluntarily provide.
  • Inferences — drawn from the above to understand your needs and provide our services.

We collect this information only to the extent you provide it or it is generated through your use of the Site. We do not request Social Security numbers or payment card numbers through the Site.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

Some of the information above may be “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA/CPRA, including government identifiers (such as driver’s license or state ID number), financial account information you provide, precise geolocation, and health information. We use and disclose sensitive personal information only as necessary to provide our services, meet our legal and professional obligations, and for other purposes permitted by law. You may request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal information (see Section 8).

4. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information: (a) directly from you (through forms, email, telephone, chat, or documents you submit); (b) automatically from your device as you use the Site (through cookies and similar technologies); and (c) from service providers that help us operate the Site and our marketing, such as analytics, advertising, and call-tracking providers.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries and evaluate potential claims; provide, administer, and improve our services; communicate with you, including (with your consent where required) by email and SMS/text message; operate, secure, and improve the Site; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, and abuse (including through Google reCAPTCHA); measure and improve our marketing and advertising; and comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

Service providers and contractors. We disclose personal information to vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, analytics, call tracking, advertising, security, and IT — to provide those services to us.

Advertising and analytics technologies (“selling”/”sharing”). The Site uses advertising and analytics technologies from third parties, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (the Meta/Facebook Pixel), Amazon Ads, the streaming television advertising platform Madhive used by our media partners, and Switch. Until October 2026, the Site also used Beeswax and DMPXS, television and streaming advertising platforms used by our media partners (including Nexstar Digital), and fullthrottle.ai. When these technologies are active, certain personal information may be disclosed to these companies to help us deliver and measure advertising, including advertising that may follow you across other websites and services. This includes online identifiers and information about your activity on the Site, and, for Google, Meta and Switch, contact details you enter in a form on the Site, such as your email address and phone number (and, for Meta, also details such as your name, city, state, ZIP code and date of birth), in hashed form (converted into a code that these companies can match to information they already hold). Under the CCPA/CPRA, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some cases “selling,” of personal information. You have the right to opt out. See Section 8 (“Your Privacy Rights”) below and our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page.

Attorneys and law firms we work with. We may disclose information you submit to attorneys and law firms that work with us on a matter or to whom we refer you, such as PLB Law for workers’ compensation, employment and Social Security matters, so that they can evaluate or handle your matter. PLB Law also receives information about visits to the Site through its own Google Analytics and CallRail accounts, including, through its Google Analytics, the email address, phone number and address you enter in a form on the Site, in hashed form.

Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose personal information to comply with law, legal process, or lawful government requests; to enforce our rights and agreements; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Firm, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar transaction.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and usage, keep the Site secure, and support advertising. Third-party technologies used on the Site may include:

  • Google Analytics & Google Ads: analytics and advertising. When you submit a form or enter your contact details in the chat, Google Ads also receives the email address and phone number you entered, in hashed form (converted into a code that Google can match to Google accounts), to measure our advertising. Google Analytics also receives the email address, phone number and address you enter in a form, in hashed form (Google Privacy Policy)
  • PLB Law: a separate company responsible for the workers’ compensation, employment and Social Security services on the Site. It receives information about visits to the Site through its own Google Analytics and CallRail accounts, including, through its Google Analytics, the email address, phone number and address you enter in a form, in hashed form
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: advertising measurement and targeting. When you fill in a form, it also receives details you enter, such as your email address, name, phone number, city, state, ZIP code and date of birth, in hashed form (Meta Privacy Policy)
  • Amazon Ads: advertising measurement, including visits to our pages, clicks on our phone numbers, chats and form submissions
  • Madhive: streaming television advertising measurement used by our media partners, such as Tubi. It receives the pages you visit, the page that sent you to the Site, your browser type, search terms in a page’s web address and your IP address, which it looks up through ipify, a third-party service. It also keeps a visitor ID in your browser. When you submit a form, it receives which form was submitted, not what you entered in it (Madhive Privacy Policy)
  • Until October 2026, Beeswax and DMPXS: television and streaming advertising measurement used by our media partners, including Nexstar Digital (Beeswax Privacy Policy, Nexstar Privacy Policy). No longer used on the Site
  • Until October 2026, fullthrottle.ai (including its LaunchPad, 1pdata and LiveMarketShoppers services): audience matching and advertising measurement. No longer used on the Site. It set identifiers that can last up to 20 years, recorded the address of each page you viewed, and could ask your browser for your device’s precise location; your browser asked for your permission first. If you allowed it, it could continue to track your location while you browsed the Site (fullthrottle.ai Privacy Policy)
  • Switch (s10h.io): website visitor identification for marketing. It may collect the email address and phone number you type into a form on the Site, in hashed form and before you submit the form, together with your IP address, browser information and advertising cookies
  • Juvo Leads: live chat. It records the chat, including the messages and contact details you enter, records visits to pages where it runs, and receives information you submit through forms on those pages
  • UserWay: accessibility tools. It receives the address of the pages you visit
  • NitroPack: website speed and caching
  • Cloudflare: website delivery and security. It sets a security cookie when you arrive
  • Our own website cookies (from HandL UTM Grabber, which runs on the Site): they record how you arrived at the Site, such as the referring website, any ad campaign details in the link you followed, and the first page you visited. They are set when you arrive, including after an opt-out, and this information is added to any form you submit so that we can tell which advertising led to your inquiry
  • CallRail: call tracking and attribution. It also receives a copy of the information you submit in forms on the Site, to connect form submissions to our advertising (CallRail Privacy Notice)
  • Google reCAPTCHA: spam and fraud prevention, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • Embedded content (such as YouTube videos), which may collect information as described in the applicable provider’s privacy policy

When you first visit the Site, a banner explains these technologies. The advertising, analytics, call-tracking, chat, visitor-identification and embedded-content technologies listed above do not load until you agree, either by choosing “Accept” in the banner or by scrolling or clicking on the Site after the banner appears. If you choose “Reject”, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not load. Security, speed and accessibility technologies (Cloudflare, NitroPack, Google reCAPTCHA and UserWay) and our own website cookies load when you arrive.

You can change your choice or opt out at any time on our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page, linked in our footer, or by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal. After you opt out, the advertising, call-tracking, chat, visitor-identification and embedded-content technologies listed above no longer load in that browser, and analytics also stops unless you choose to keep statistics on. Security, speed and accessibility technologies (Cloudflare, NitroPack, Google reCAPTCHA and UserWay) and our own website cookies continue to operate to keep the Site functioning, secure and accessible. For details about the specific cookies used on the Site, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit Sensitive Personal Information — direct us to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Non-Discrimination — you will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state’s privacy laws, and we will honor applicable rights as required by law.

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit a request:

We respond within the timeframes required by law. For requests to know, delete or correct personal information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. We do not require identity verification to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. For an opt-out or limit request, we may ask the agent for your signed permission. For a request to know, delete or correct, we may also ask the agent for proof of authorization and verify your identity.

10. Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out preference signals. When we detect such a signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent, and the Site shows “(Opt-Out Request Honored)” next to the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. To opt out, use Global Privacy Control or our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page.

11. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your telephone number and agree to be contacted, we may contact you by call or text message regarding your inquiry or matter. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any legal service.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time in response to legal, regulatory, or business changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
