A crash involving three vehicles and a motorcycle on Interstate 10 in Santa Monica claimed the life of the motorcyclist early morning Tuesday, August 26th. The crash occurred just before 6 a.m. on the 10 West at the McClure Tunnel.
According to authorities, the male motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital, but was later pronounced dead. It is unknown if any of the occupants of the other three involved vehicles sustained any injuries.
The 10 West was closed at Lincoln Boulevard for many hours for investigation and cleanup of the crash.
