A three-car crash on the 10 Freeway in Baldwin Park injured two, with one victim sustaining serious injuries on Saturday, November 13th. The seriously injured man was unable to stop his vehicle after the car in front of him rear-ended another car. The crash occurred around 3:25 p.m. on the 10 Freeway just east of the 605 Freeway.

The accident occurred when a 30-year-old man from Los Angeles drove his Chevy Astro into a Honda Civic driven by a 22-year-old man from Baldwin Park. The third vehicle, driven by 59-year-old Blanco Gabriel Parra of Arcadia, slammed into the Chevy Astro. After the crash, Parra was unresponsive. CHP officers performed CPR on him until he was taken to a local hospital. Parra suffered serious chest injuries in the crash.

The driver of the Astro reported minor injuries, including a bump to the head and cuts to the face. The driver and the passenger in the Civic were uninjured. The accident is under investigation.
