In a bizarre accident, a motorcyclist struck a donkey on Reche Canyon Road between Colton/Loma Linda and Moreno Valley on the evening of Monday, November 11th. The crash occurred near Black Stallion Drive around 8:45 p.m.
The motorcyclist suffered a broken arm in the crash, but fared better than the donkey, who was killed in the crash. The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for his injuries. Animal control was expected to pick up the donkey sometime Tuesday.
