Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance was shut down in both directions after a man and a woman were killed in a two-vehicle accident in late Tuesday, January 6th. The crash occurred on PCH near the Torrance Municipal Airport around 9 p.m.

According to authorities, two vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles involved veered into the other vehicle’s lane, resulting in a head-on collision. The deceased victims were riding in the same vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to local hospital with unknown injuries.

The head-on collision remains under investigation. Torrance PD is currently seeking witnesses to the crash.
