Fitness Anywhere recalls suspension trainer devices due to falling hazard

About 40,000 Suspension Trainer Devices were recalled after Fitness Anywhere received 570 reports of the length-adjustment buckles breaking. 82 reports of consumers falling and 13 reports of injuries to the head, face, shoulder, and hips were also reported. Graco Children’s Products issues recall for highchairs due to falling hazard

About 89,400 Graco Classic Wood Highchairs were recalled after Graco received 48 reports of the highchairs’ seats loosening or completely detaching from the base of the chair. Nine injuries have been reported after children fell as a result of the seat detaching. While most of the injuries were minor, one concussion injury was also reported.
