Constellation Brands Beer Division, manufacturer of Corona, announced a voluntary recall in the United States last week for certain packages of 12-ounce Corona Extra due to potential contamination with small glass particles. The recall, announced on Wednesday, March 10th, affects only 0.02% of Corona Extra. No incidents or injuries have yet been reported.

The recall announcement (here) says the affected products are Corona Extra 12-packs and 18-packs with deposit labels. The affected products have these specific, 8-digit production codes:

12-packs
A016-XXX4 through B246XXX4
L285-XXX4 through L315XXX4

18-packs
A216-XXX8 through B226-XXX8
