The recall over eggs linked with outbreaks of salmonella poisoning have been expanded. The recall now affects over half a billion eggs originating from two farms in Iowa. The recall is currently for 22 states, but the FDA has suggested that the recall may expand further. Numerous brands have been added to the recall.
