Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 is a law that provides a method for persons injured by certain vaccines to have an easy way to obtain compensation for that injury.  The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) is a no-fault program that allows injured individuals to quickly obtain compensation.  Vaccines for tetanus, measles, polio, and hepatitis B are some of the vaccinations subject to the VICP.
