Accutane

Accutane Litigation

The plaintiff's ulcerative colitis ultimately lead to the removal of his colon and other severe complications. In this trial, Roche was found at fault for failing to inform consumers of the dangers and risks of Accutane. Roche was also blamed for possessing evidence that the drug could cause symptoms associated with IBD. More litigation is pending.
