Graco Stroller Recall
Graco has recalled 2 million strollers after receiving reports that four infants had died after becoming trapped. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall on older model Graco Quattro Tour and Metrolite strollers distributed by Graco Children's Products Inc. between November 2000 and December 2007. Newer Graco models are not affected by this recall.
According to the CPSC, if infants are not strapped properly in to the recalled strollers, they can become trapped between the stroller tray and the bottom of the seat, presenting a strangulation risk. At least ten incidents of trapped infants have been reported. For more information on the Graco stroller recall, please visit Graco's website.
