Jeffrey R. Billings
Jeffrey R. Billings was born in Charleston, West Virginia on September 20, 1967. He attended West Virginia University and received an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Masters degree in Industrial Labor Relations. Mr. Billings then attended California Western School of Law where he obtained a J.D. degree in June of 1993. He is admitted to practice in all California State and Federal courts.
Mr. Billings started practicing with the Law Offices of Larry H. Parker after finishing law school and has now been with the firm for 15 years. Mr. Billings has tried over twenty cases to verdict and currently handles serious injury cases. Mr. Billings is currently a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Orange County and the Consumer Attorney’s Association of Los Angeles.
Mr. Billings resides in Orange, California with his wife, Martha and his two sons, Cruz and Carlo. His interests include sports and spending time with his family.
