DIGITEK® RECALL
Actavis Totowa LLC has issued a recall for all lots of Digitek® (digoxin tablets).  These recalled tablets may contain double the appropriate dosage which can cause digitalis toxicity, leading to congestive heart failure, cardiac instability, stroke, or even death.  For more information on the recall, visit our Digitek Information Center.

NEPHROGENIC SYSTEMIC FIBROSIS (NSF) - MRI INJURY
