Once we receive your answers, we will respond with a reply, usually in less than 30 minutes. We will give our opinion about whether your case can be successfully pursued through the legal system. If you choose, you can retain our services* or use our evaluation to consult another lawyer: there is no obligation to use our services after you receive your evaluation.

What Does "No Recovery, No Fee" Mean?
Because we are a contingency fee law firm, we do not require that you pay any money up front. This is commonly called a retainer. If we are not succesful in getting you a recovery for your case, you will not have to pay any money to cover any costs we might have incurred while trying to get you your recovery. (Arizona clients will be liable for expenses regardless of the outcome unless the repayment of such is contingent upon the outcome of the matter and the percentage fee will be computed before expenses are deducted from the recovery.)
